We were excited to support adidas with their annual Global Visual Merchandising Meeting 2016 (GVMM) at adidas Global Headquarters in Germany.
Nine global markets came together with more than 120 VM delegates attending the meeting.
GVMM was held over four days with a one day wholesale Retail Space Management (RSM) workshop designed, developed and run by TRC.
The workshop delivered the business objectives behind successful RSM implementation and provided practical hands on learning in order to ensure that all attendees had a clear understanding of how best to apply the key principles to a varied retail landscape.
We created and delivered this in a fun, interactive, engaging and participative way enabling the teams to take these skills and knowledge and cascade the same training to their markets and stores all over the world.
We continue to work with adidas to collect feedback and review the workshop and to help develop and support their VM training.
