Reebok plans to open 500 Fit Hub stores in China by 2020 and is on schedule to open 50 by the end of 2017.
We are excited to be working with the Reebok Global and Reebok China teams to support them with this initial opening phase both from a store planning and visual merchandising perspective.
Our design team have supported the planning of the new stores by producing the 2D fixture layout plans and key elevation drawings and renders. They have also provided detailed fixture orders through the Reebok Central platform.
Our Visual Merchandising team have created store specific Visual merchandising guides for the first four stores. These guides show exactly how to merchandise the specific store assortment for both apparel and footwear and take into account an individual store’s key focus campaign, detailing all the relevant in store communication.
As the roll out plan progresses and the Reebok China team gain more expertise in the processes involved, more will be done in house. However, we will continue to oversee this, providing a checking service on new store plans, maintaining the fixture ordering service and producing more generic VM guides with a focus solely on the key styles and how they should be merchandised alongside the in store communication.
