TRC support Reebok with their annual Global VM Workshop, planning and building content as well as running sessions, facilitating and presenting at the event. Working directly with the Reebok Global VM team we identify the key development needs and build a tailor-made workshop.
This workshop brings together markets from across the globe, with delegates representing wholesale, owned retail and merchandising. The workshop is typically held over 3 days in Reebok’s Global HQ in Canton, Boston, USA.
It is imperative to TRC that the workshop is an engaging, fun and a safe place to learn, involving a combination of classroom style learning along with lots of hands on practical sessions. It’s also important for the delegates to share their successes, learning’s and challenges from their markets with the group and explore where we can provide potential solutions and best practice.
Each workshop is designed to be content rich and always integrates time so that people can experience ‘living the brand’. This includes social events for the delegates to mix and bond, participate in specially run classes from Reeboks collaboration partners – CrossFit, Les Mills, Spartan and UFC. Everyone gets involved including us, it’s always a real treat to see the positive reaction of those visiting the Global Reebok HQ ‘the home of fitness’ for the first time.
For every workshop we ensure that the delegates have all the right Tools and Manuals along with any other supporting documents they need to successfully execute their learning’s back in their market or to cascade the same training to their colleagues that were unable to attend.
We also capture the delegates feedback at the end of the 3 days and use this when planning future workshops so we continuously provide improved and relevant VM training and tools.
