adidas reviewed their window campaign implementation strategy and effectiveness and identified an opportunity for gained efficiencies. They recognised a lack of consistent implementation due to a range of unique window systems in place at market or even at individual store level.
adidas partnered with TRC to design a modular, structured window system, that enabled consolidated production and simple and easy implementation, without restricting the capacity for creativity.
Starting with market research and external and internal benchmarking and utilising TRC’s expertise in retail windows and Visual Merchandising, TRC provided adidas with a very flexible system design, created for all window campaigns across all adidas brands and store concepts globally.
Once the design was agreed, TRC managed the process of prototype production and specification guidelines to allow adidas to centralise global manufacture of the system, which is now implemented in adidas and Reebok stores worldwide.
