Radley Store Planning Guide

We worked with Radley’s creative services team to update their 2016 Store planning guide. The guide features previous planning procedures and also incorporates changes to the concept store design.

The guide was designed to be very visual and intuitive. It covers everything from the facade design and store layout examples, to lighting and VM tools for both stand alone stores and shop in shops.

The aim of the guide is to target different audiences and deliver the relevant information to each one:

  • To international partners it conveys a clear understanding of the design components and their role in supporting the brand and the business.
  • To design architects it outlines the Radley store concept design cues and how the elements support the various product categories.
  • To manufacturers and contractors it provides detailed references for materials and colours.

The design of the guide echoes Radley’s store design materials and colours which have been chosen not only to reflect Radley’s premium position but also to reinforce their heritage.

Clean surfaces for the fixtures were chosen to showcase the product platforms on offer and iconic London elements add interest to the environment. A splash of colour keeps the design looking vibrant and fresh.

During the process TRC managed the flow of content, creation of drawings and layout design as well as creating eye-catching visuals that would best portray the new concept environment.
